TC Facilities Management (TCFM) secures cleaning contract with Whole Foods Market
TC Facilities Management (TCFM) has won a contract to provide cleaning services to the eight Whole Foods Market stores in England.
The team from TCFM, led by Divisional Director Cosmin Tecuta, will ensure that the impeccable standards that the company has become known for in other retail settings will be replicated, TCFM says.
This, in turn, said the company, will enable Whole Foods Market to meet or exceed customer expectations on every shopping trip, which is one of its core values.
Having been able to demonstrate the ability to be an invaluable member of the team in other cleaning and FM contracts within a variety of sectors, the contract was awarded based on TCFM’s proven track record within the Retail sector. Clients in this sector include a range of food retailers. Coupled with this was the design of a bespoke solution, based on the Whole Foods Market’s core values that form the backbone of the company’s culture and how they aspire to do business every day.
The contract sees the use of tried-and-tested equipment by TCFM that they know will deliver the quality and consistent standards that Whole Foods Market is looking for.
