aim hits target with alarm monitoring system
aim is a specialist alarm monitoring company based in Manchester that is part of Tyco International Ltd. Operating autonomously, our customer base is predominantly made up of independent alarm installers from around the UK, who do not have their own Alarm Receiving Centre.
As a result of our relationship with Tyco, we can offer you extremely competitive pricing that in turn will give you a competitive advantage when quoting for work.
As part of Tyco, we have world class facilities, including our two NSI Gold approved Alarm Receiving Centre’s. We continually invest in our business to ensure that we are well equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
In uncertain times, you need stable business partners and you can rest assured we can offer you just that. Our business is here for the long-term, meaning if you place your monitoring with us, you will suffer no future disruptions.
In an increasingly competitive marketplace where customers are harder to win and keep, aim recognises that exemplary customer service is the only way to truly succeed. As we are an extension of our customers operation, our staff have, at all times, to be respectful of the hard work and dedication that has gone into building our customers business and act accordingly. If we are successful in carrying this out, everyone will enjoy the benefits; you (our customer), the end user (your customer) and ourselves (aim).
We believe that alarm monitoring really does matter.
